Following chapters discusses PCI—work station, access, hemodynamics in Cathlab, radiographic views, guide catheters, guidewires, balloons—the balloon catheters, drug eluting stents and non-angiographic lesion assessment. In addition, the book also covers drugs used in cathlab, difficult subsets, structural heart disease, congenital heart disease and complication of percutaneous coronary intervention.

He has experience of working in different national and international institutes of excellence. Dr. Shuvanan Ray has been awarded for the following: National Scholarship. First certificate of honours in anatomy. Govt. Scholarship for the Merit of proficiency.
